Stay in the heart of Florence, 5 minutes walk from the SMN station, 10 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Uffizi.


Just renovated, it is located in one of the main streets of the historic center of Florence, served by shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Please note that the structure is on the third floor without a lift and therefore may not be suitable for elderly people or those with limited mobility.

Room n 1) 16 m2 "World" suite with 150x190 double bed, internal bathroom with walk-in shower. Beautiful room where you can spend a pleasant holiday. The kitchen and corridor are shared with other guests.

If you are a group I would like to point out that we have 3 other rooms:
Room n 2) Suite "Wine" - can accommodate 2 people, Room n 3) Suite "Marilyn" - can accommodate up to 2 people and the petite bedroom (no air conditioning) for one person (a boy/girl, child). The apartment is a room rental so the kitchen and corridor are shared.


All rooms have air conditioning, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, sheets, towels, bathroom amenities, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen use.
